Delete Inside the Mobile App
If you have the mobile application installed on your device, you can delete your account instantly in real time:
- 1Open the MeddyList / PingDart app on your phone.
- 2Sign in to the account you wish to delete.
- 3Navigate to Settings → Account Settings.
- 4Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the screen.
- 5Confirm your decision. All sessions will be terminated and data purged immediately.

What Data is Deleted vs. What Data is Retained
We believe in full transparency regarding how your data is handled during the account deletion process:
Types of Data Permanently Deleted
- User Identity: Full name, username, email address, phone number, avatar, and bio.
- Authentication: Passwords, session tokens, biometrics, and push notification tokens.
- Messages & Chats: Private direct messages, group conversations, voice notes, and media uploads.
- Mailbox & Emails: Connected email accounts, inbox folders, drafts, and incoming mail feeds.
- Contacts: Synced contact lists and community associations.
Types of Data Retained & Retention Period
- Financial & Billing Records: Invoice history and payment transaction IDs are retained for up to 180 days solely for statutory tax, accounting, and anti-fraud regulations.
- Security & Audit Logs: Anonymized server access and error logs are retained for 30 days before automatic system purge to prevent abuse and malicious exploits.
- Legal Compliance: If mandated by a valid court order or regulatory authority, specific records may be preserved in escrow as required by applicable law.
Processing Timeline: In-app deletions take effect immediately. Web and email requests are executed within 48 to 72 hours. Backup copies are purged within 30 days.
